XSPF Generator & JW Player in one complete package

XSPF.PHP generates a Valid XSPF playlist from MP3 file tags.
Useful for custom Myspace or custom embedded mp3 players.
Check back later for a version that includes video file playlists.
Note, Google Chrome browser does not render the raw playlist
correctly, use firefox, IE or select View->Source

Requirements:

Requires a web server running PHP 5.2 or later.
Caching requires a MySql database and create/delete table permissions
Should work with most web hosts that offer PHP.
Will NOT work with PHP 4.9
