Hi,

I just had the thought to look up ‘gravitational accelerator’, and came across this (your) post.

A couple of years ago, I was doing some “travelling” and I visited a world that used gravitational accelerators a lot. They even used the technology for toys, I saw the local population buying items that were a similar concept to lava lamps.

My guide offered to explain how the technology worked, but half way through I stopped him because I couldn’t understand the technical details – its difficult to download memories when one cannot understand the basic premise.

Anyway, I thought I’d just share that.with you.

@Jess – I don’t you’d have anything to be nervous about – hypnosis is a very controlled process and when done ‘correctly’ it can be a powerful tool.

I am very intrigued by learning about past lives through regression, but I admit it makes me a little nervous. I’ve never been under hypnosis, but that vulnerable place makes me feel like I could unlock emotions that I wouldn’t be able to handle…

There is no “Normal” when it comes to memory. Most people don’t recall past lives because they don’t believe they had one.

It’s most likely a past life memory will be recalled as a feeling or emerge as a talent than as an actual memory mostly because there are few things to trigger the recall. Memories are triggered by smells, sights, sounds or situations. If there are no stimuli that trigger a memory it won’t usually be recalled so yes, its normal.

I don’t know but I feel rotten because I can’t really recall anything from my past. Not a thing before I was on grade school. Is that normal?

Practice practice and more practice. The more you work on it the more experience you have and the better you get at recalling the past.

And don’t be dissuaded if you find out you’re wrong. Being wrong is a sign you’re making progress.

Recalling a memory is really a challenge to me now a days. But one thing I have notice is that most of the memories that I can clearly remember is from my younger years. It seems that good memory is inversely proportional to age. Do you have any suggestions how to enhance ones memory?

This is very interesting. I never thought that we can recall our past lives. Maybe a good meditation will do the job. I can’t even recall the things when I was 3 yrs old in my present life.

To try and answer your question, I would suggest that yes – the term “regression” can accurately apply to the recall of past lives. The technique is used commonly to treat addictions (smoking and alcoholism, for example).
