Francis had the following children who were most likely born in Kent, England. Isaac, Samuel, Mary, Elizabeth, Rebecca who died 28 March 1690 in Fairfield, and Hannah who married Joseph Blakeman, of Stratford, on 14 July 1675. Mary died at Stratford in 1716. Her will was dated 1 December 1714 and proved 28 Nov 1716. Mary was born about 1635. Winthrop called her age 24 in 1659.

Francis Hall of Stratford, Connecticut had his will dated 6 May 1686. His wife was previously married to John Blakeman. Francis had the following children: Isaac, Samuel, Mary, Elizabeth, and Rebecka. He gave Hannah a horse and a heifer.

Frances was living in New Haven in 1639 and settled at Stratford, Fairfield after 1648. His wife was named Elizabth. His children by his first wife Elizabeth were Mary, Elizabeth, Rebecca and Hannah.
